Nichiren Buddhist Kannon Temple of Nevada

A Shuhhoshi (Nichiren Shu priest who has completed the One Hundred Day Aragyo and learned to perform the Kito Blessing) places a mirror to use a mirror because he chants the sutra and Odaimoku facing the altar while the congregation is behind him.  During chanting, he has to pay attention in case something unexpected happens.  Also while chanting, Rev. Kanai looks at his face and mouth daily to keep up his best condition physically and mentally.
